If you are interested in leading a team on PLIA this year, fill out this application below! Priority will be given to those who have gone on PLIA before.

Reference Letter
We ask that all those who apply to be a PLIA Team Leader have a reference that can attest to your abilities that would aid you in being a good leader. Please have your reference fill out the form below.

Payment and Support Letters
Payment and support letter information can be found on the Sign Up page. We ask that, as leaders, you send out 10 support letters and pay $45 to lead on PLIA.
